Yarn 

Nordic Mini from Icewear Garn, 100% Merino wool 50g (235 m/ 257 yd)

Needles 

US 1.5  (2.5 mm) double pointed needles 

US 0 (2 mm) double pointed needles 

 

Gauge 

30 sts and 40 rows in stockinette stitch on needles US 1.5 (2.5 mm) 

It is important to have the right gauge to determine the given size. Adjust needle size to match gauge. 

 

Method 

The socks are knitted from the ankle to the toe with a pattern on the instep and a Halldóra heel. 

 

The mittens are knitted top down with a pattern on the back of the hand. These mittens do not have thumbs as they are intended for the very smallest.
