Fjara socks are very warm and cozy wool socks with high legs and are perfect to wear during cold winter days. 

The socks are knitted top down.  

 

For the socks, different sizes of needles are used to make different sizes of the socks. Bigger needles, bigger socks. Smaller needles, smaller socks.

Gauge 

10x10 cm = 20 sts and 22 rounds in stockinette stitch on needles US 7 (4.5 mm) 

10x10 cm = 18 sts and 20 rounds in stockinette stitch on needles US 8 (5 mm)

Size 34-36: US 7 (4.5 mm) DPN  
Size 37-39: US 7 (4.5 mm) DPN  
Size 40-42: US 8 (5 mm) DPN  
Size 43-46: US 8 (5 mm) DPN
